Role Summary: The Neighborhood Revitalization Coordinator for the Tepe Park Neighborhood Initiative is a highly relational individual that is key to advancing the mission of Community One. This individual will work closely with neighborhood residents and community stakeholders to improve the quality of life for neighbors in the Tepe Park neighborhood.

This role is best suited for a self-starting and passionate individual who excels in initiating conversations and connections within the neighborhood for the purpose of empowering neighborhood residents to create positive change in their neighborhood. 

Through their natural ability to unite people in a common vision, this individual will build consensus, buy-in, and the participation of neighborhood residents in the Tepe Park Love Your Neighborhood initiative. The ideal candidate can also direct and manage support staff.
